What are the chances?
This past weekend, there was a Russian artist whose paintings were on display at a small art museum in town.

I asked if I could try out my "Russian" and see if she understood. Well, I tried my best to emulate Vera's accent and said, "I need rhythm." The girl looked at me like I was crazy, but said she understood what I said.

I then went on to explain that I listen to PPK, so my Russian would be limited to only a few phrases. Now if we can only get Vera to sing the alphabet...
